The National Museum of Science & Technology Taiwan took 11 years of planning and construction. It opened it’s doors in 1997. It is now considered the largest national educational institution in Southern Taiwan, but in terms of floor space, it is the second largest science museum in the world.
The exhibition halls are divided into four sections: Scientific History and Continuity, Information and Energy, Technology in Life, and Materials and Machinery.
