Schoolhouse Language Center has been an ESL leader in Taiwan since 1987. They have branches in southern and central Taiwan which include: Chaiyi, Fongshan, Kaohsiung, Pingtung and Tainan. They are a well reputable school in Taiwan. They are well known for being honest and respectable towards foreign teachers. They focus on small classes so that every student has an opportunity to participate in the class. Schoolhouse place great emphasis on the fundamentals of education. Their goal is that when students leave Schoolhouse they will continue to learn English on their own.

Schoolhouse Teacher Requirements

• A Native English speaker, with a preference on the North American accent.
• A  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• A minimum one-year commitment
• Schoolhouse like teachers to be passionate about teaching,  have a love of children and to be an outgoing and dynamic person.
• Schoolhouse want teachers to try to become an expert in English Grammar and Phonics.
